Thank you for considering Jalette Photography for your photography needs. Below, you will find my rates and terms for convention photoshoots.
15-Minute Mini Session: $35 for 5 edited photos
30-Minute Session: $50 for 10 edited photos
1-Hour Session: $75 for 20 edited photos
For each additional cosplayer included in the shoot, there will be a flat rate increase of $15. This increase covers the editing of an additional 5 photos from the session per additional cosplayer. For sessions longer than an hour or with six or more cosplayers, please get in touch to discuss pricing. Rates can be negotiated within reasonable boundaries.
Unedited photos will have a watermark and sent for your review typically within 3 days. Selected photos will be edited lightly and returned promptly. Extra artistic edits may have an added cost. If there are delays due to a high workload, I will update you. Photos are handled in booking order.
When sharing photos on social media, credit me as the photographer. If photos are published elsewhere, notify me for photographer credit. All other photos are owned by me; when I share them I will credit you as the cosplayer.
Half cost deposit at booking, securing your slot in my schedule. Remainder due before start of photoshoot. I accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, and online card transactions.
