The current date set is Saturday, May 15th or Sunday, May 16th, 2027, but this may be subject to change depending on selected applicants’ availability
Location is FD Studios in Queens, NYC, with two studio spaces being rented
The time frame will be determined by selected applicants, but the price reflects the two studios being rented for six hours. This can change
Six cosplayer slots and four photographer slots available
$75 per person, as stated above, this is subject to change. Payment from selected applicants will be due at the start of December 2026, and non-payment by the end of January 2027 will force me to replace your spot in the event
After payment, once studios have been booked, refunds will only be available if a replacement can be found in time before the event
Chaperones/friends welcome as long as we stay under the occupancy limit
If you are not selected, you will be placed into a pool of backups to be drawn from in the case that a selected person must drop out
18+ event
If selected, you will be added to a Discord server for discussion and updates on the event
